Mobile platform

A mobile platform is a device on a vehicle (e.g. on a bus). You can distinguish three types of mobile platforms, also called product groups:

• Board computer
• Driver console
• Validator

Mobile platforms can connect to the Release Management module, in order to download release data (e.g. a software package, an information package...).
